Each week, we will explore various yoga poses, breath work and meditation, that can help calm, rebuild and regulate the nervous system. Bringing the body, breath and mind into a balanced state of presence. It is important to understand that the method of connecting breath with movement in yoga is what can help develop the focused attention that is required for self-discovery.
